Lo primero que vimos fue que las plantas también son seres vivos (living things) y hacen las tres funciones vitales: nutrición (nutrition), relación (interaction) y reproducción (reproduction). El Reino de las Plantas (Plant Kingdom) obtiene sus nutrientes de forma distinta al Reino de los Animales (Animal Kingdom).

Las plantas necesitan luz solar (sunlight) aire (air), agua (water) y un suelo (soil) de donde absorber nutrientes.
Sin importar su forma, casi todas las plantas tienen siempre las mismas partes: Raices (roots), tallos(stems), hojas (leaves) y flores (flowers).
